Step 1: We recommend that you set your intentions by saying an affirmative sentence before you start playing the crystal bowl, this will help you to fine-tune your integration with positive energies.

Step 2: Then tap the edge of the crystal bowl with the bowl stick 3 times as a signal to start.

Step 3: Slowly rub the outer edge of the crystal bowl with the bowl stick, hold the bowl stick moderately and press the edge of the crystal bowl to move, resonate and make a sound.

Step 4: At the end of the performance, gently remove the bowl stick and let the crystal bowl vibrate continuously, while you can tune in with this energy vibration and enjoy it.
